The Mental Wealth Box is offered as a monthly subscription with Monthly, 6-month, and 12-month plans. All plans are charged on a monthly basis and auto-renew according to your plan at the end of your subscription cycle. Purchases are billed immediately once a subscription or gift is purchased, and subscriptions are rebilled on the 1st of every month.
Cancellations must be made before your next renewal date. If you have committed to a multi-month subscription (6 or 12 months) and have boxes left to receive, you will be billed for and shipped the remaining boxes per our cancellation policy. If you request to cancel before the end of the initial commitment period, there is a cancellation fee of $55.99.
We ship on the 15th of every month, with a cutoff date of the 14th. At this time we offer domestic shipping within the US and shipping to Canada. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. The Mental Wealth Box is not responsible for packages lost due to an invalid or incorrect address. A $11.99 reshipping and handling fee applies to any package returned and reshipped due to an incorrect address. The Mental Wealth Box is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the delivery service.
Once you have been billed for a new subscription activation or a subscription is renewed, we are not able to offer a refund, return, or exchange. You may cancel your subscription before the next renewal date to cancel an ongoing subscription plan.
